Translatour App Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By downloading, installing, or using Translatour ("App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App
   a. The App is provided as a real-time multilingual translation platform for tour guides and event organisers. The User acknowledges that the App is not intended to replace professional translation or interpretation services.
   b. User agrees to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Translation Services
   a. The App provides real-time speech-to-text transcription and multilingual translation during sessions.
   b. Translation accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, background noise, accents, and language complexity. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of any translation.
   c. Certain features may require an active subscription or organisation membership.

4. Third-Party Logins
   a. The App offers the option to sign in using third-party services, such as Google.
   b. By using a third-party login, User agrees to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the third-party provider.
   c. The Company is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party services. User should review the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party service before using their login.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
   a. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
   b. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability
   a. The User agrees that the use of the App is at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or data loss.
   b. The Company disclaims any responsibility for any miscommunication, misunderstanding, or loss arising from reliance on translations provided by the App.

7. Indemnification
   User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with User’s use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms
   The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
